Our Plastic Injection Moulding Work Process

1. Mold Preparation And Clamping

Before production begins, a precision-machined steel or aluminum mold is securely bolt onto the injection molding machine and tightly clamped.

2. Melting And Injection

Thermoplastic resin in pellet form is fed into a heated barrel, where it melts into a viscous material. The molten resin is injected into the mold cavity under high pressure.

3. Cooling And Solidifying

Once the molten plastic fills the mold, it cools to solidify into the desired shape. Cooling channels regulate temperature to ensure consistency & dimensional accuracy.

4. EJECTION AND FINISHING

After cooling, the mold opens and the finished part is ejected, typically using ejector pins. The part is trimmed of excess material and undergoes inspection.
